H & S: Safe System of Work

The kind of property maintenance work most of our workers undertake is of such a routine and relatively low-risk nature, the management is of the opinion that providing a library of generic safe system of work is sufficient for most purposes.

We are building a portfolio, however, of more specific safe systems of work for some of the higher risk work we are starting to undertake and ensuring our workers adhere to them when teh risk assessments require them.

The Company operates a work permit system for:

• Hot works
• All the non-notifiable, non-licensed asbestos removal work we undertake
• Working on fire doors and fire stopping
• Removing fire places
