Health and Safety Policy Arrangements
H & S: Staff Consultation
Apart from it being a sensible step to take, Marisco has a legal obligation to consult staff on health and safety and use their feedback and suggestions to help improve health and safety in the work place for all.
To achieve this objective we have set a timetable of health and safety consultation meetings in 2019 where management invites any staff member to attend in person and contribute to the process.
We appreciate that staff may not wish, or be able, to attend the meeting in person, so we encourage you to make your views known by completing the H&S Staff Consultation Form and delivering it to either Ralph or Alison (Health and Safety Advisers) to be considered at the next meeting. The form can be completed and delivered anonymously if so desired.
The minutes of each meeting will be published below as soon as they have been approved by the chairman presiding over each event.
All meetings will start at 12:30pm and be held at our head office in Poole.
